Refund Policy

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, fret not, as our return policy lasts for 30 days. You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not, within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, product must be unused and be in the same condition that you have received it. The product must also be returned in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate products or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items 


To initiate your return, please contact us at support@tyche-smartliving.com. Please note that a receipt or proof of purchase is required to officiate the return process. 

There are certain situations where no refunds will be granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Upon approval, we will initiate the refund process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In case if you still do not receive the refund after the designated time frame, please first check your bank account. Next, please contact your credit card company or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
